When you arrive at the villa, you will find a Helpful Holiday Hints Guide which we have prepared ourselves to save you any potential headaches. After all, you don't want to spend half an hour trying to work the TV/Phone/Internet now do you??!! The Guide will contain:-
- how to work various appliances
- where to find things in the villa
- safety tips and rules
- emergency contact details
- lots of local info about different things to do in the area

Our villa requires the services of many individual people to ensure it is kept to the highest possible standard both internally and externally. To ensure consistent quality we personally interview every individual/company that we employ to carry out work on behalf of us and we always ensure they are local and fully licensed.
Go Green:-
We love Rotonda and are very passionate about keeping it as the magnificent area of natural beauty that it already is. It’s a Deed Restricted Area which means every effort is made to ensure the wildlife and environment are protected and preserved.
In order to continue to enjoy these wonderful surroundings, we ask all our Guests for their help to ensure that we all conserve energy and ‘go green’ where possible for example; air conditioning, water consumption, recycling, lighting etc. Further details are provided in the villa.
