We, as villa owners, pride ourselves on providing a professional and personal service. We know how important it is when you are trying to find the perfect holiday accommodation and we also understand how stressful the booking process can be.
That's we go that extra mile!
To ensure your holiday is as easy and stress-free as possible we provide, in advance of your holiday, an Essential Holiday Information Guide which details:-
- Driving directions & key-pad security code for the villa
- Arrival & departure details
- Emergency contact numbers for our Management Company
- Guides for Restaurants, Fishing, Beaches & Shopping
- A 'Don't forget to pack' list
- Top Tips for driving in Florida
- Access to an on-line Visitors Guide which provides lots of interesting details of all the local areas
When you arrive at the villa, you will find a Welcome Folder with local information for you which has been prepared by Management Company as well as a Helpful Hints Guide which we have prepared ourselves to save any potential headaches about how to work things or where to find things in the villa.
Should you have any problems or questions during your stay then our Management Company will be able to help you. Their office is only a few minutes drive away from the villa.
Check-In (from 4pm):-
Contained in your Essential Holiday Information Guide, you will be provided with our villa's 4 digit security code which will allow you access to the villa from 4pm on the day of your arrival.
If you would prefer, for added convenience and a small
extra charge we can also arrange for a Welcome Food Pack to
be waiting for you. Items would typically include all the essential
foods you will require for your first evening; milk, bread, butter,
coffee, orange juice, mineral water etc.
You can select this option when you complete the Enquiry
Form.
Check-Out (by 11am):-
When your holiday has ended we ask that you check out of the villa
by 11am prompt.
It's nice if you could find 5 minutes to write some comments in our Guest Book about how you found your stay.
Please ensure all windows and doors are shut properly and that you leave the villa in a good tidy order.
Our Management Company will fully inspect the villa for any damages, breakages, loss or excess cleaning/utility charges incurred
during your stay. If everything is satisfactory, they will inform us and we will proceed to return your security deposit
to you. However, if there are any damages,
breakages, items which have been lost or stolen or excessive cleaning
is required, they will form us and the cost of the damages
will be deducted from your security deposit. For any major damage
which exceeds the cost of the deposit, we as the Villa owners will
deal with you direct to ensure appropriate compensation is reclaimed.
