Rental Rates:-

All rates shown are PER VILLA NOT per person and are fully inclusive of:-

• FREE high-speed wireless internet connection
• FREE USA & Canada phone calls
• Private fishing dock
• Multi Region Surround Sound DVD/CD player
• Linen & towels
• Air conditioning throughout
• Arrival & departure cleaning charges (*)
  

Please note!  All prices shown EXCLUDE Florida's Sales & Tourist tax @ 12% which will be added to the total bill

(*) Our minimum rental period is usually 5 nights.  For bookings of less than one week an extra $150 / £80 departure cleaning charge is added to the rental price. We also reserve the right to charge this as an extra, for large parties.

Extras (if required):-

Electric Pool Heating - $120 / £65 per week
Gas BBQ Hire           -   $35 / £20 per week

The early part of the year is typically when a lot of people are looking to avoid the cold weather back home and like to rent a 'home-from-home' in the warm Florida sunshine. As such, we are pleased to offer the following:-

Rentals 1-2 months = 15% discount* off our normal weekly rates & 15% discount on pool heating cost & free BBQ hire

Rentals 2+ months = 20% discount* off our normal weekly rates & 20% discount on pool heating cost & free BBQ hire

* = All discounts EXCLUDE the month of March.
