Villa Overview:-

Our gulf villa to rent is located on the waterfront providing you with peace and tranquillity as well as amazing views.  The oversized plot ensures extra space and privacy.

From the minute you first walk through the door you will instantly have the "WOW!" factor.

Our beautiful home is a newly built, contemporary 3 bed/2 bath which has been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind.

Complete with a large private electric heated pool as well as your very own fishing dock if not for fishing on, then simply relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

We, as the owners, have been involved with building our home from Day One and have lovingly strived to make sure that our villa will provide the ideal location for your perfect holiday.

Villa Interior:-

Our villa has been designed to the highest standard and specification with lots of upgrades.

Professionally interior designed, we have used calming neutral tones and rich fabrics to give a contemporary and tasteful feel. We have mixed leather, marble and Italian stone to create a luxury yet comfy home.  Every room is light, spacious and well planned.

We have installed high speed, wireless broadband internet which we provide free of charge.

There is also a magnificent Philips Sonowave multi-region surround sound system for you to play your own music via your Ipod, MP3 or CDs and also watch your own DVDs.

Living Room:-           

Spacious and contemporary formal living area with beautiful high cathedral ceilings. Relax on the beautiful chocolate brown leather sofas, listen to some

music or simply enjoy the views of the pool and canal beyond.

Family Gathering Room:-

Informal area with a big comfy leather sofa, a funky corner chaise, entertainment system with Philips Sonowave surround sound system, TV with cable and DVD player. This room has been tastefully decorated with an African theme.

Dining Room:-

Elegant, formal dining area designed with superior leather furniture and marble table which seats 6 people.

Master Suite:-          

The master suite is very open and spacious with doors which open straight on to the sun-deck and pool area. 

The furniture and décor have been designed to have an exotic and rich feel. The four poster king size bed is just stunning!

There is an ample walk-in storage area, dresser, mirror and TV and 2 nightstands complete with lamps.

Master En-suite:-

The en-suite is very large with a glorious walk-in shower big enough for 2!  Complete with separate toilet, his & hers basins and hairdryer.

Queen Suite:-

The queen is a lovely sized room, with a beautiful cottage retreat design. This room has the best view of the gardens and waterway. 

There is a queen bed, ample storage, dresser, mirror and nightstands complete with lamps.

Twin Suite:-

The twin room has gorgeous Laura Ashley fabrics and is really beautiful with twin beds, good storage, chest of drawers, nightstand and lamp.

Guest Bathroom:-

Ideally situated between the Queen and Twin Suites this bathroom comes complete with its own bath, shower, toilet and basin and hairdryer.

Kitchen:-              

At the heart of the villa you’ll find the well equipped kitchen which has been designed to be a social place. The funky bar stools around the kitchen island make it an ideal place to chat whilst watching the chef at work! 

All the main appliances you would expect to find are here; cooker, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer (with built in ice-maker) and dishwasher. This kitchen comes equipped with every accessory you could possibly need for every culinary occasion.

Nook Area:-

Off from the kitchen you will find the nook area which is an informal place for snacks or breakfast overlooking the pool.

Pantry:-

Walk in pantry for food storage.

Utility Room:-

Separate room off the kitchen with large top loading washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and its own sink unit. It’s even air-conditioned!

Garage:-

Double garage with ample storage space.

Villa Outside:-

Pool:-

The large private pool is most inviting with elegant mosaic terracotta tiles. It can be heated in the cooler months to allow all year round swimming (extra charge).

Steps lead down to the 3ft shallow end which extends out to the 5ft deep end. An underwater seat is located at the deep end which is handy for anyone wanting to take a rest from swimming or catch the sun rays whilst keeping cool at the same time! It also has its own light so night-time swimming is a must!!

The pool is enclosed is a mesh screen which is excellent for keeping out any bugs. For added safety the pool has a permanent children’s safety barrier around it.

Pool Deck/Lanai:-      

For sun lovers, the delightful sun deck which stretches out to the pool area is the perfect place to sunbathe on the deluxe sun-loungers (complete with comfy built-in back rests!)

From either the master bedroom or living room you can step straight out on to the covered lanai/patio area which comes complete with superior furniture and a large glass dining table. It’s ideal for alfresco dining and for anyone wishing to escape the heat; the overhead fan also helps to keep things cool. There is also a gas BBQ available (extra charge).

Fishing Dock:-           

The garden area, which is expertly landscaped, leads down to the canal providing stunning, calming views.

Here you will find your own private fishing dock complete with fishing rod and leisure chairs. 

Even if you don't fish, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset, enjoy a good book with a glass of wine or watch the different types of wildlife.
